		<description>I agree that slowing down does not mean that you are slowing down, but seeing more.  My history of hiking is riddled with people adding rogue weight to my packs to slow me down.  It took a child to effectively do it, and I may never hike with the jack rabbit speeds that I have in times past because I never knew how much I was missing.

Here is to a great pastime, fun activity, and an excellent way to spend time with your kids - hiking!</description>
